I work from Photographs. A couple of good shots will be required. (If the horse has tack on, please indicate if you want me to draw it or leave it off.)

Photographs must be a minimum of 2 MB's to maintain clarity.

I will require a 20% non refundable deposit of the fee before the portrait will be started.

Postage is to be paid for. I send my art by royal mail, 1st class, signed for. within the UK this is roughly £8.00 (based on an A3 Mounted) I will post world wide.

Bank Transfer (preferred). I will supply you with the details if you wish to pay this way.

Paypal - a 4% charge is added to your invoice if you decide to pay this method, This 4% goes to Paypal.

Sterling Cheque - Made payable to Mrs J Rowland. please email me for my address.
On compleation of your portrait, I will send you a Proof photograph of it via email. Once you "ok" the proof I will also request the remaining balance to be paid (within 14 days). When this has been received, your portrait will go to be mounted (if requested) which can take upto 7 days (Once the portrait has been mounted I can no longer make any changes to the drawing) and will then be sent out in the mail. I will send an email notification along with your receipt when this has been done.
